Custom Dashboards
Build a personalized dashboard from metric widgets. Currently a Beta feature.
Custom Dashboards let you build your own view of FMX data by adding widgets — each one a single metric, chart, or number.
Widgets
Each widget picks a data source (like Work Requests, Utilities, or Inventory), a measurement (count, sum, average, or percentage), and a visualization — a number, a pie chart, a column or bar chart, a line graph, or a stacked version of any of those. You can also break a widget down by up to two dimensions at once, like status and building.
A dashboard can hold up to 20 widgets.
Starting from a template
Rather than building every widget from scratch, you can start from a library of premade widgets — particularly useful for utility-related metrics like cost or consumption by type, account, or month — and customize from there.
Sharing
A dashboard is either private (only you can see it) or visible to everyone in your organization — there's no option to share with just a specific team or subset of users. Only the person who created a dashboard can edit or delete it.
Whether your organization uses this
Custom Dashboards is a Beta feature that can be enabled or disabled per organization. If you don't see it, it hasn't been turned on for your account.
