FMX has two distinct ways to get reporting out of your data, plus per-module data exports.
Custom Dashboards
A self-serve dashboard builder — pick metrics, arrange them as widgets, and build a view tailored to what you care about. Currently offered as a Beta feature. See Custom Dashboards.
Standard Reports
Pre-built reports covering common operational summaries, which you can subscribe to and have emailed to you on a recurring basis. See Standard Reports.
Exporting from list views
Many list views across FMX — Work Requests, Inventory, Equipment, and others — support exporting their data, though exactly what's available can vary by module.
Whether your organization uses this
Custom Dashboards is a feature that can be turned on or off per organization. Standard Reports are always available, though which specific reports you can subscribe to depends on your permissions.
